Our garlic is fermented in Korean daikon radish juice. It has a very nice pickle taste. The flavor is not strong like normal raw garlic so you can enjoy them out of the jar, cook with them, or do whatever you want with them. Do not toss the juice away. Use it in your cooking or juice as they contain many live enzymes and probiotics.
